Happy July! It’s high summer, and we’re kicking this week off with a list of links: some of our favorite stuff of the season.
Some of it is new—a meditation app gifting three months free (!), the digital platform supporting moms’ mental health—and some of it is classics we come back to day after day, year after year: the mattresses one of us has all over the house, the kids’ swimwear we’ve used since the newborn days (plus the new piece we wished we’d started using sooner), the outfit we turn to to avoid that I have nothing to wear feeling.
This week, we have our go-to nutrition bars for when you’re on the go (they’re organic!) because we’re guessing you’re on the go a lot, the new easy place to find our favorite formula (IRL or online), a tote for all of your mom things (because, stuff), puffy keychains (because, of course), and more.
Mostly, this week, we hope you have a little time to simply be — and we hope this stuff helps you find some calm, have a little fun, and make summertime just a little bit sweeter (and more streamlined, of course).

After the postpartum night sweats on baby number three faded, we upgraded to this mattress that comes in every size—from twin to California King—and we’ve never slept better. You can find it in retail stores around the country, or browse even more options online. We also use these for the kids; read more on how we make bedtime better here.* —Cassie
I’ll mourn the day my kids grow out of the UPF 50+ swimwear from this company we’ve used for years. The products are practical (snaps at the bottom of suits beyond the diaper years), the patterns are sweet, and suits with sleeves or pants save you time with sunscreen.
