It’s always a thrill to learn of a new restaurant in walking distance of our digs, and this year we’ve been to two new places that I’m eager to share and recommend. One is especially welcome, as it’s by an old friend, and the other is on one of our favorite clusters of West Village streets comprising Bedford, Barrow and Commerce Streets.
