Civilians were struck near the “yellow line” in northern Gaza, and the tents of displaced families were hit west of Jabaliya camp. Among the dead was Sami al-Dahdouh, identified as a commander in Saraya al-Quds, the armed wing of Palestinian Islamic Jihad.
