I started running in early 2021.

The first time I went for a run I lasted 8 minutes (where all start somewhere).

The whole time I was thinking:

This is stupid. And really, who likes to run anyway? I can’t do this. I need to stop.

…but I kept running.

Not long after, I got a watch… some running shoes… and started logging my runs.

Then, I completed a 5K…

Soon after, I completed a 10K…

Eventually, 15K…

And on September 26 2021, I completed a half-marathon in 2 hours:

The journey of going from my 1st run to completing a marathon in less than a year was no walk in the park (no pun intended)…
